Steady Support Plan

$150 per month

The Steady Support Plan offers comprehensive payroll services designed for growing small businesses. With full processing, tax filings, and year‑end forms included, it delivers reliable oversight that keeps payroll compliant and running smoothly.

Includes:

  • Up to 10 employees

  • Full payroll processing

  • Payroll tax filings and payments

  • Year‑end W‑2 and 1099 preparation

Steady Care Plan

$250 per month

The Steady Care Plan delivers expanded payroll support for businesses with larger teams or more complex needs. With full processing, tax management, new‑hire reporting, and priority assistance, it provides a higher level of service to keep operations efficient and well‑supported.

Includes:

  • Up to 10 employees

  • Full payroll processing

  • Payroll tax filings and payments

  • Year‑end W‑2 and 1099 preparation

These prices can be added to any Monthly Payroll package.

 

  • Additional Employees: $10 per additional employee

  • Contractor Management: $5.00 per contractor check
    • 1099 E-file & Delivery: $10 per contractor (Includes both digital and physical formats)
  • Digital Onboarding and Document Storage: $6 per employee/contractor per month

    • W‑4 (Employee’s Withholding Certificate)

    • I‑9 (Employment Eligibility Verification)

    • State withholding forms (varies by state)

    • Direct deposit authorization form
